• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Juno Beach, FL (required).
• Experience in conducting requirements elicitation sessions and documenting detailed functional and non-functional requirements.
• Experience in designing Salesforce solutions aligned with requirements.
• Experience in creating process flow diagrams, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Experience with configuring and customizing Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, and workflows.
• Experience in coordinating and facilitating UAT sessions with end-users.
• Experience in developing RFQs, RFPs, ITBs, ITNs, and Single Source documents.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project.

Preferred:

• Experience in developing training materials, including user guides and training videos.
• Experience in conducting end-user training sessions and providing ongoing support.
• Experience in assisting in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Experience in managing project documentation and communication with stakeholders.
