·Promote the vision and lead the transition to a data product focus providing the business with trusted, intuitive, reliable, and performant data

·Evangelize the data products adoption through training materials, webinars, and hands-on training with business analysts through the company

·Advance best practices, skill development and ability for the team to deliver business value

·Develop the team to be the data SMEs for their business partners by building relationships and demonstrating their expertise

·Facilitate collaboration with business leaders, data engineers, data scientists, software engineers, and other developers to deliver the right data to the right people to make the right decisions

·Build your business domain expertise along with those on the team to understand the business partner’s data needs, gather requirements, translate business problems into technical solutions leading to broad adoption and business impact

·Develop and implement data models, tables, and dashboards that help the business interpret data, derive insights, and make informed decisions

·Design flexible and comprehensive dashboards that enable the business to answer the majority of their questions in minutes/hours instead of days/weeks or building dozens of visualizations for specific needs

·Champion data solutions that can be used by multiple teams across Client

·Conduct independent research on all aspects of a product’s experiences and data, provide findings and recommendations on which data are critical to fully understand the customer experience

·Explore and onboard new third-party data sources that can improve business performance

·Recognize, develop, and adopt best practices for building analytical insights including data integrity, testing, design, analysis, validation, documentation, and training to ensure data products are adopted

·Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams.

·Protect Client’s reputation by keeping information confidential.

·Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.

·Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed.
