 Should be able to communicate the overall product vision to the agile team from the business standpoint He/she will be managing the product backlog and ensuring the team always has right and enough backlogs and a Go forward plan to deliver the end product Will be responsible in front ending the discussions with the client business team and prioritizing the backlogs for the agile team ahead of the Program Increment Will be responsible and participarte in all necessary sprint ceremonies like Sprint reviews, Sprint planning sessions, retrospective meetings and guide the team from the Business standpoint Must have property Insurance knowledge and should act as the liaison between team and business stakeholders Will be responsible in evaluating feedback of the team at each iteration end in the 3P performance reviews with the client managers.
