Should be able to communicate the overall product vision to the agile team from a business standpointHe/she will be managing the product backlog and ensuring the team always has enough backlogs and a go-forward plan to deliver the end productI will be responsible for ending the discussions with the client business team and prioritizing the backlogs for the agile team ahead of the Program IncrementI will be responsible and participate in all necessary sprint ceremonies like Sprint reviews, Sprint planning sessions, and retrospective meetings, and guide the team from a Business standpointMust have property insurance knowledge and should act as the liaison between team and business stakeholdersWill be responsible in evaluating feedback of the team at the end of each iteration in the 3P performance reviews with the client managers
