- Install / Configure / Maintain Network Devices – Routers / Switches / Firewalls / WAP, etc.
- Monitor Network Performance – Identify / Troubleshoot Network Issues
- Implement / Maintain Network Security Measures to Protect Against Cyber Threats
- Perform Routine Network Maintenance – Patching / Backups / Updates, etc.
- Document Network Configurations / Procedures
- Assist in Network Design Capacity Planning
- Collaborate with IT Teams to Resolve Complex Issues
- Provide Technical Support to Users Regarding Network-Related Issues
