Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.

Minimum of 7 years of experience in a technical business analyst role, with a focus on regulatory compliance in the financial industry.

Expertise in Regulation 2052 A and strong familiarity with Deposits and Lending products.

Proficiency in Alteryx and experience designing and implementing workflows for data manipulation and analysis.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex regulatory requirements and translate them into actionable technical solutions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and data integrity.

Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager, Alteryx Designer) are a plus.
