1.     Applies business process and analysis concepts, up to and including the most complex and advanced, while formulating systems scope and objectives relative to the organization's business plan and system requirements.

2.     Independently analyzes large-scale business practices, processes and problems, up to and including the most complex.

3.     Independently performs analysis, up to and including the most complex, of systems and integration issues and creates interface specifications / requirements. Must have a tenacity for continuous improvement.

4.     Able to assist project manager from initiation to closure with smooth handoff to operations teams

5.     Thorough in maintaining all project artifacts such as business requirements document, business process document, data mapping, data analysis, and data visualization.

6.     Preferred skillset – Tableau experience is a positive

7.     Hands on experience on any data visualization tool is a must. Preferred is Tableau.
