JOB DETAIL

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or related discipline required. 
  • At least 10+ years of program/project management experience
  • Experience with regulated pharma projects
  • Knowledge of Information Technology infrastructure, application development frameworks, configuration and support of technology solutions
  • Experience in organizing, planning and executing business and IT projects from vision through implementation
  • Experience with project lifecycle methodologies especially Agile
  • Experience in managing small to large teams of matrixed resources from all areas of the development lifecycle – BAs, SAs, Developers, Architects, PMs, QA team and operations
  • Pharmaceutical industry experience
  • Sr PM with strong Pfizer experience, data project experience and some Agile methodology.  These are the notes beyond the description, so another key term would be Thoughtworks since that is the software vendor...
  • There is a sizable effort starting to extend a legacy-Seagen Data Platform (Research Data Hub). The project will be led by L-Seagen colleagues and use a vendor (Thought works) that was a Seagen preferred provider but was not used within Pfizer prior. Therefore we need someone who understands Pfizer processes for delivery and compliance to assist the L-Seagen team with acclimating to Pfizer methods and to ensure delivery compliance.

  3. Documentation to expected quality, engaging pertinent approvers and use of GNOSIS

  2. Utilizing the standard test resources as needed
  3.
