- Experience with regulated pharma projects
- Knowledge of Information Technology infrastructure, application development frameworks, configuration and support of technology solutions
- Experience in organizing, planning and executing business and IT projects from vision through implementation
- Experience with project lifecycle methodologies especially Agile
- Experience in managing small to large teams of matrixed resources from all areas of the development lifecycle – BAs, SAs, Developers, Architects, PMs, QA team and operations

- There is a sizable effort starting to extend a legacy-Seagen Data Platform (Research Data Hub). The project will be led by L-Seagen colleagues and use a vendor (Thought works) that was a Seagen preferred provider but was not used within Pfizer prior. Therefore we need someone who understands Pfizer processes for delivery and compliance to assist the L-Seagen team with acclimating to Pfizer methods and to ensure delivery compliance.
