JOB DETAIL

  • Strong understanding of the Salesforce NPSP platform, with the ability to build custom fields, objects, permission sets, and flows
  • Deep familiarity with Salesforce reporting, including the ability to create custom report types and to create complex filter and cross-filter criteria
  • Experience with nonprofit processes preferred
  • Experience gathering detailed requests for improvements or changes to the system
  • Experience with end user training and creating business process documentation
