Manages all aspects of the project(s): cost-benefit analysis, work plans, functional and technical designs, testing, and monitors all technical aspects of implementing the project(s).
Works with the Divisions to provide support and coordination to ensure successful management and reporting of all initiatives in the project(s).
Provide weekly scope, budget, and schedule status updates on the accomplishments, milestones, tasks, roadblocks, issues, and risks related to each project.
Define project scope, develop detailed plans, and manage project schedules to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
Implements established policies and controls to ensure the successful management and reporting of all initiatives in the project.

Lead cross-functional teams, assign tasks, and foster a collaborative environment to achieve project goals.
Provides both verbal and written communications regarding project status, risks, issues and makes recommendations on project decisions.
Engage with teams of technical resources to prioritize and deliver additional high-quality IT solutions that meet business needs
Proactively identifies risks and opportunities of both business and technical plans; identifies Risk Mitigation Strategies and Contingency Plans for all identified Risks. Maintains the Project Level issue and risk matrix log.
Ensure all project activities comply with FICAM standards and other relevant regulatory requirements.
