1) what percentage would be testing vs BA?

*       Initial Phase(Requirement Gathering & Design) it will be 70% BA and 30% UX Mockup/Wireframe).
*       Development Phase 30 % BA and 70% Testing
*       Later it will be 100% Testing

2) What testing tools are a priority here? Most BA's won't do performance testing and likely won't work with selenium.

*       We don't want Automation Testing tool experience like Selenium but we definitely want experience with Tools like Swagger, Postman, Wave for API and accessibility testing. We do have requirements for Performance testing so we will prefer someone with the JMeter experience.
