- Proven experience in Information Technology or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- A solid understanding of cybersecurity concepts to protect company assets effectively.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Familiarity with ITIL concepts, particularly those relevant to cybersecurity and asset management.
- Knowledge of CMDB concepts and their application within IT security.
- Experience with ServiceNow CMDB is highly desirable.
- General knowledge of Windows and Linux server environments.
- Good troubleshooting skills to resolve security and asset management issues promptly.
