An associate degree in a Technology related discipline or 7+ years of equivalent experience required.
Microsoft certifications such as Azure Administrator Associate, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Azure Security Engineer Associate or legacy Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA), Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE), VMware Certified Professional (VCP), VMware Certified Advanced Professional (VCAP) or similar preferred but not required. The ability to obtain one or more of these certifications within the first full year of being hired is expected.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and related services.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Azure and related services
Experience with M365 applications. (Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook, OneNote, OneDrive)
Solid understanding of PowerShell, batch programming/shell scripting concepts for task automation, software deployment and reporting.
Knowledge of UNIX/Linux-based operating systems is required.
Experience with Cisco Unified Computing System (UCS).
Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws (GLBA, SOX, etc.)
Ability to conduct research into systems issues and products as required before escalating.
Strong knowledge of VMware vSphere maintenance and configuration required.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Exchange and Exchange Online.
Technology-related state and federal banking compliance regulations knowledge preferred.

Strong knowledge of MECM/SCCM, 3rd party patching, and vulnerability remediation techniques.

Experience with enterprise-level storage systems (SANs) and their communication protocols (FC, iSCSI)
