•Thorough understanding in ETL Architecture and being able to provide designs and solutions independently in ETL

•Experience working with various Ab Initio program components such as Reformat, Rollup, Scan, Join, Partition by key, - Partition by Round Robin, Gather, Merge, Sort, Lookup etc.

•Experience with various Ab Initio parallelism techniques, Ab Initio Graphs using Data, Pipeline Component parallelisms.

•Working knowledge in Bigdata / Hadoop Eco system and HDFS commands.

•Experience working on heterogenous datasets Hadoop files/XLS/XML/COBOL etc and integration with source systems via SFTP/MFTS/SSH routes

•Experience and expertise on SQL/PL SQL and Unix shell scripting.

•Working Knowledge on Ab Initio air commands and m commands.

•Working Knowledge on Ab Initio Operation Console and Control Centre

•Good knowledge in Data warehousing concepts. Strong Analysis skills.

•Good experience in Plans, Conduct IT, Query IT, MHUB

•Very good problem-solving skills to analyse and provide problem resolution.

•Ability to support onshore-offshore model. Participate in Agile methodologies and attend Scrum calls and handover

•Working knowledge on Cloud Technologies – AWS (EKS/Athena/S3 etc) preferred and integration to Ab Initio

•Working experience on Dev Ops tool – GitHub, Bitbucket, Ansible

•Working experience on various relational databases – Oracle/Teradata/DB2/MSSQL

•Working experience on scheduling tools like Control M/Autosys/Tivoli
