- Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for the STEP platform to support multi-sourcing and efficient content management.

- Design and architect the STEP platform to accommodate diverse content providers like Syndigo, Salsify, One World Sync, etc.

- Oversee the integration of various content sources, ensuring seamless data flow and consistency.

- Identify and eliminate inefficiencies in the current content management processes.

- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team working on the STEP platform.

- Work closely with stakeholders across the organization, including IT, marketing, product management, and business content teams.

- Implement robust data governance practices to ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance with relevant regulations.

Ideal Qualifications:

- Extensive experience with Stibo Systems Enterprise Platform (STEP) or similar Master Data Management (MDM) systems.

- Strong understanding of content management, data integration, and syndication processes.

- Proven experience in system architecture, design, and implementation.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to optimize complex processes.

- Strong leadership and project management skills.

- Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
