JOB DETAIL

  • Manage OpenEdge databases on the OpenEdge App Server and PASOE
  • Monitor and optimize database performance
  • Implement robust database security measures (encryption etc.)
  • Lead migrations from older Progress DB versions
  • Analyze business needs, design database schemas, and create detailed technical documents
  • Experience with performance tuning to improve database processing times

Qualifications:

  • Strong expertise in Progress OpenEdge 11.x and 12.x
  • Experience with OpenEdge App Server and PASOE administration
  • Proven ability to optimize database performance and implement security measures
  • Experience migrating Progress databases
  • Excellent analytical and technical design skills
