• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in the biometrics and security domains.
• Strong understanding of FICAM standards and regulations.
• Proven track record in managing complex projects from initiation to completion.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.

Preferred Qualification:

• Experience working with federal agencies or in a government contracting environment.
• Knowledge of current trends and advancements in biometrics and security technologies.
