1. Fifteen (15) years in project work and technical writing to include: detailed analysis, development and maintenance of business requirements, technical requirements, use cases and design documents 0 - 10
2. Fifteen (15) years’ experience in project work in the Business Progress Reengineering (BPR) arena; at least five (5) years of said experience must have been mapping the current state of a business process and analyzing the business process to find gaps. 0 - 10
3. Fifteen (15) years’ experience in project work in facilitating Joint Application Requirements (JAR) and Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions with project Subject Matter Experts and other technical staff. 0 - 10
4. Must have a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in Oracle 11g writing and troubleshooting SQL code to design back-end queries for data set-up and verification. 0 - 10
5. Ten (10) years’ experience performing system test duties; writing scripts, executing scripts, creating test cases and test data, reviewing test results; also assisting with User Acceptance Testing (UAT). 0 - 10
6. Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) dashboards and BI reports in Power BI Platform.
