• Requirements : Partner with internal resources through the Agile process for requirements gathering and refinement. Assist in the conversation of user requirements into business requirements. Convert business requirements into functional requirement specifications.
• Design : Design moderate and simple page groups, rule groups, lookup tables, workflows, and tags and ensure all standards are met for both new products and enhancements.
• Execution : Implement moderate and complex page groups, rule groups, lookup tables, workflows, and tags. Develop and execute unit test scripts. Maintain all required Agile artifacts
• Troubleshooting : Investigate and resolve configuration issues in test and production environments as they arise, both alone and with business and technical/QA partners.
• Peer Coaching : Review and provide guidance, input and corrections to Business Configurators' Configuration Design, Execution and Documentation. Train Business Configurators to raise skill levels.
Minimum Requirements:
• 2+ years of technical, operational or requirements development experience required
• Four-year degree required or exceptional/extended work experience
• MINIMUM 2+ years of ALIP Business Configuration experience required
