• Assessing the stability, security, and scalability of installed Windows systems into Northern’ s environment.

• Participate in gathering technical and business requirements for new server builds

• Discussing system and server upgrades with IT managers.

• Installing or upgrading Windows systems and servers.

• Work with application owners and vendors to resolve technical issues.

• Work with project teams to complete tasks and initiatives and ensure projects are following Northern standards

• Troubleshooting system and server errors, reviewing system error logs and user-reported errors.

• Maintaining server architecture security and creating system backups.

• Managing user access and monitoring system performance.
