Minimum of seven (7) years of broad, extensive, and increasingly responsible experience applying PM principles, methods, techniques, and tools. At least four (4) years of that experience must have been as a Senior PM of one or more large or complex information technology (IT) projects.
Possession of a bachelor's degree*
Possession of a valid Project Management Professional (PMP) certificate from the Project Management Institute (PMI)**
*Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis.
** The PMP certification is required and may not be substituted with additional experience.
Desirable Skills:
Minimum five (5) years of experience with complex Internet Protocol (IP) networks that deliver voice and other data elements.
Minimum seven (7) years of experience with project planning and analysis, milestone tracking, and status reporting.
