6-10 years of project management experience with Security projects- security tools, identity management
5+ years of specialty in security related project management, including exposure to Waterfall, Iterative, and Agile methodologies
Experience with Jira, Confluence
Strong critical thinking to proactively identify/mitigate risk and minimize issue occurrence for successful project delivery and business analysis.
Strong oral and written communication skills to interact with all levels of the company as well as external parties; streamlines partner communications; concisely presents complex information/recommendations in terms meaningful to various audiences.
Advanced problem-solving skills Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and work well independently and within a team environment.
Ability to manage through conflict. Advanced organizational skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize.
Have a strong passion for retail; able to work in a fast-paced environment.
