 Develop and execute a comprehensive program plan for migrating the EMR system to a cloud-based platform, including scope,

objectives, timeline, resources, and budget.

 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure an efficient migration process.

 Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the migration process, implementing mitigation strategies.

 Coordinate with external vendors and partners, ensuring alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables.

 Develop and implement change management strategies, including communication, training, and support, to ensure a

successful transition for end users.

 Drive accountability across teams and drive action items to completion.

 Manage and record all key decisions and documentation in a centralized location.

 Monitor and track project progress, providing regular status updates to stakeholders and adjusting the project plan as needed

to address any challenges or changes in scope.

 Evaluate the success of the migration, including performance, security, and user satisfaction, and identify opportunities for

continuous improvement.
