Business Process Analysis

Analyze and document existing business processes, workflows, and pain points across Goto Foods' brands.

Identify opportunities for automation and optimization using UiPath RPA.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand the business requirements and objectives.

Develop process maps, flow charts, and other visual representations to effectively communicate the process improvements.

RPA Solution Design and Implementation:

Design and develop UiPath RPA workflows and automations to address the identified automation opportunities.

Ensure the RPA solutions align with the business requirements and IT standards.

Collaborate with the IT team to integrate the RPA solutions with existing systems and applications.

Conduct thorough testing and validation of the RPA solutions to ensure their reliability and accuracy.
