Project Manager

Develop and execute a comprehensive program plan for migrating the EMR system to a cloud-based platform, including scope,

objectives, timeline, resources, and budget.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure an efficient migration process.
Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the migration process, implementing mitigation strategies.
Coordinate with external vendors and partners, ensuring alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
Develop and implement change management strategies, including communication, training, and support, to ensure a
successful transition for end users.
Drive accountability across teams and drive action items to completion.
Manage and record all key decisions and documentation in a centralized location.
Monitor and track project progress, providing regular status updates to stakeholders and adjusting the project plan as needed
to address any challenges or changes in scope.
Evaluate the success of the migration, including performance, security, and user satisfaction, and identify opportunities for
continuous improvement.
