Configuration and Customization: Configure and customize SAP IS-U DM module to meet business requirements related to device management, meter reading, and integration with other SAP modules.
Integration: Ensure seamless integration of device management processes with other SAP modules such as Billing, CRM, and FI/CO.
Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP IS-U DM module, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and enhancement implementation.
Business Process Alignment: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and align SAP IS-U DM functionality with business processes.
Testing and Validation: Develop and execute test plans to ensure proper functionality and integration of SAP IS-U DM module with existing systems.
Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including specifications, user manuals, and training materials.
Training: Conduct training sessions for end-users and support personnel on SAP IS-U DM functionality and best practices.
Upgrades and Enhancements: Participate in SAP system upgrades, enhancements, and new module implementations related to device management.
