·         Works with stakeholders to align on intakes, priorities, requirements and Customer needs.

·         Works with stakeholders on Epic breakdown.

·         Translates the initiatives, Epics, Priorities and requirements to get them ready for User Story breakdown.

·         Aligns with stakeholders and communicates with Product Owner on timelines and Quarterly delivery schedule.

·         Work on the “WHAT” is required.

·         Involves Technical teams for Design and Architecture estimates.

·         Writing User stories that meet the definition of Ready.

·         Define clear acceptance criteria and accept stories.

·         Constantly update the Delivery team with any change in requirement and Change Management / Deployment.

·         Create and Prioritize Team backlog.

·         Required and Active Participant in backlog grooming / refinement sessions and all other Sprint ceremonies.
