JOB DETAIL

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Analyst to join our Product Development group for foreign exchange (FX) trading.

  • Play a crucial role in building out a target operating model for our front office trading platforms, including Execution Management Systems (EMS), Order Management Systems (OMN) and Portfolio Management Systems (PMS).

  • Target Operating Model Development:

    • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document the target operating model for front office trading

    • Analyze current state processes, systems, and workflows to identify gaps and improvement opportunities

    • Develop and implement best practices for EMS, OMS and PMS integration and usage

  • Business Analysis:

    • Gather and document detailed business requirements from front office trading teams and other relevant stakeholders.

    • Translate business requirements into functional specifications for technology teams

    • Conduct impact analysis and feasibility studies for proposed changes and enhancements

  • System Implementation & Support:

    • Support the implementation of new trading platforms and system upgrades

    • Participate in system testing, including developing test cases, performing user acceptance testing and coordinating with users for feedback

    • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for front office trading systems

  • Stakeholder Management:

    • Serve as a liaison between front office trading teams, IT, vendors and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication & collaboration

    • Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to review project progress, address issues and gather feedback

  • Technical Expertise:

    • Leverage technical knowledge to understand system architectures, data flows and integration points

    • Work closely with developers to ensure technical solutions align with business requirements and industry standards

    • Stay up to date with industry trends, regulatory changes and emerging technologies in FX trading
