•             Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.

•             Configure and customize Pega applications using PRPC (Pega Rules Process Commander).

•             Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.

•             Perform unit testing and support QA teams during system testing and UAT (User Acceptance Testing).

•             Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and defects in a timely manner

Must Haves:

•             Experience with Pega frameworks such as Pega Customer Service for Healthcare, Pega Care Management, or Pega Claims for Healthcare.

•             Experience with healthcare IT systems such as EHR (Electronic Health Records), EMR (Electronic Medical Records), and practice management systems. - Preferred

•             Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

•             Experience with cloud platforms and Pega Cloud Services.
