Design, implement, and maintain OpenShift-based infrastructure for deploying .NET and Python applications.Own and improve existing DevOps pipelines, ensuring seamless integration and deployment across various platforms.Collaborate closely with development teams to understand application requirements and provide guidance on best practices related to OpenShift and DevOps.Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitLab and Jenkins.Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development, testing, and production environments.Continuously research and implement new technologies and methodologies to enhance the efficiency and reliability of the deployment process.Create and maintain clear documentation for DevOps processes, tools, and infrastructure.Mentor and provide support to junior team members.Actively participate in team meetings, providing updates on project progress and addressing any potential roadblocks
