Minimum of 12+ years in Business Consulting / Project Management within a functional or business environment.
Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
Hands-on proficiency in project documentation, including scoping, roadmaps, and implementation plans.
Strong experience in communication management, executive reporting, and communication.
First-hand experience in assigning and monitoring resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverables.
Demonstrated ability to report project outcomes and/or risks to appropriate management channels and escalate issues as necessary according to the project work plan.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in scope creation, stakeholder management, and product rollout.
Experience in business enablement and GTM (Go-To-Market) motions.
Skilled in market readiness analysis and organizational change management.
Ability to develop and execute end-to-end rollout plans.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with internal stakeholders effectively.
