• Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

• 15+ years’ experience in SAP 

• 7+ full lifecycle SAP implementations 

• 3+ full lifecycle Experience with migrations from ECC to S4Hana (Brownfield Experience) 

• Extensive experience (10+ years) in SAP Plant Maintenance implementation and migration projects.

• Proven expertise in the Plant Maintenance module functionalities, including configuration and customization.

• Strong leadership and project management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Relevant SAP certifications are highly desirable
