- Public Cloud experience
- Preferred OS experience (Unix, Linux, Windows, iSeries)
- Basic scripting knowledge of Windows, CMD/PS1, Unix, Linux, Web Services, SOAP, and REST
- Preferred Networking experience to help diagnose any connectivity issues with process servers, platform agents, secure gateways, emails, etc.
- API experience to assist manage integrations with multiple systems.
- Admin experience on any other platform like an ERP or a SaaS platform
- Experience with your Enterprise applications: SAP, ServiceNow, Etc.
