JOB DETAIL

1. Agile Methodologies:

  - Deep understanding and practical experience with Agile frameworks.

  - Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos.

  - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and continuous delivery of value.

 

2. Story Creation:

  - Proficient in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive user stories.

  - Work closely with product owners and stakeholders to gather and define requirements.

  - Ensure that stories are well-defined and ready for development teams.

 

3. Program Increment (PI) Events:

  - Knowledgeable in PI planning and execution.

  - Participate in PI planning sessions to ensure alignment of business goals and technical capabilities.

  - Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize and manage backlogs.

 

4. Business Process Analysis:

     - Good exposure in EComm domain.

  - Analyze and map current business processes to identify areas for improvement.

  - Propose solutions and optimizations to enhance business efficiency and effectiveness.

  - Develop and maintain documentation of business processes and requirements.

 

5. Stakeholder Management:

  - Engage with stakeholders at all levels to understand their needs and expectations.

  - Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations and provide updates.

  - Build and maintain strong relationships with key business partners.

 

6. Technical Skills and Tools:

  - Proficiency in business analysis tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and MS Office Suite.

  - Experience with process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) and data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel).

  - Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies.

 

7. Communication Skills:

  - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  - Ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.

  - Strong presentation and facilitation skills.

 

8. Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills:

  - Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems.

  - Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze and interpret data.

  - Ability to think strategically and provide actionable insights.
