6+ years’ experience in full life-cycle of SAP projects
Good understanding of Manufacturing and Quality Management business processes
Experience with implementing large ERP SAP programs for QM modules in the manufacturing space

Ability to lead contract resources and coordinate with external partners and suppliers
Ability to lead Requirements gathering workshops
Adapts precedent and may make significant departures from traditional approaches to develop solutions.
Serve as technical expert or lead projects/programs and technical staff to develop, test and implement SAP solutions improvements or devise new approaches to problems at the division/business unit.
Review, validate & enhance design, conduct performance monitoring and capacity planning; install, test and upgrade releases and associated products.
Evaluate & recommend new software, utilities, and tools.
