-The Development Lead will be responsible for coordinating with the entire team and overseeing all development efforts required for delivering the Solution

-Experience with COBOL, IMS DB/DC, DB2, Restful APIs, SQL

-Mainframe problem solving Experience

-Architecture/Design/Development and Implementation/SDLC skills

-Development of MVS platform on Host technologies

-Knowledge of health care domain and technical components

-Knowledge and experience in Agile/Waterfall model development projects

-Candidate must also possess good communication skills
