Core project they are needed for is ICP. They will work on the ICP (individual compensation plan) with a custom APEX for with a customer table and custom workflow. This will be number 1 priority and will  have to develop ICP from scratch.
They will help create dashboard customers are requesting.
Troubleshoot ticketing issues around payroll or help build reports that require coding.
Required Skills:
Must have Senior  level experience of Oracle Cloud System Development:
Deep understanding of developing custom solutions using PaaS services in OCI using ATP, APEX, PL/SQL, etc. Will need to develop solutions from scratch with APEX, ATS, SQL.
Must KNOW Oracle cloud HCM and ERP.
Know about integration with web services and APIs - Strong in experience in API.
ETL Development. ETL Tools: Familiarity with Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes and tools.
In-depth knowledge and experience SQL, PL/SQL, J-Query, HTML, and java Script.
JQuery (typically comes with SQL).
Should have strong understanding of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) components & capabilities including all major OIC adapters and different orchestration integration patterns.
