JOB DETAIL

  • Lead and participate in the implementation and support of Oracle Order Management, SCM, and Procurement modules.
  • Configure and customize Oracle EBS R12 Order Management and Advanced Pricing to meet business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for system processes and procedures.
  • Provide end-user training and support.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
  • Participate in system upgrades and enhancements.

Required Skills:

  • Strong functional knowledge of Oracle EBS R12 Order Management and Advanced Pricing.
  • Experience with Order Management processes including order entry, pricing, order fulfillment, and invoicing.
  • In-depth understanding of Supply Chain Management concepts and processes.
  • Proficiency in Procurement processes including sourcing, requisitioning, and purchasing.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Oracle SCM modules (Inventory, Purchasing, Planning).
  • Experience with Oracle EBS upgrades and implementations.
  • Oracle certifications (e.g., Oracle Order Management Certified Implementation Specialist).
