- Most Important would-be ERP implementation experience and everything that goes along with that. The ability to coordinate and manage a project that reaches across the whole organization. Dealing with the steering committee, Directors, VP's and Functional Areas.
- InforM3 Implementation Experience - This is a heavy preference. If they have SAP Implementation Experience (as Mark the CIO does), they'll come in "behind on things".
- Experience in commission a new manufacturing plant operation. This will be the largest part of the persons job- rolling out M3 to a new mega-plant they're building in the Saint Louis area. A Billion Dollar project. It's gigantic. It will be the next place they role the ERP put. They may knock off a different smaller plant between now and then but the steering committee may feel it's too much of a distraction.
What this person would be walking into: Client just had their first go-live with M3 at the end of April. They had a rough month where they had inventory and billing issues but they worked through that. They have an issues-list that they're working through with a couple dozen high priority issues they're looking to get fixed. They're trying to get ready and roll out the next plant implementation.
