* Facilitate access to materials and training covering model development, implementation and use within the areas they support.

* Advise Model owners on how to define and track changes to model use strings.

* Familiarity with SR 11-7 guidelines and other related risk governance frameworks.

* Ensure that each model use approval includes descriptions regarding the models approved business use to minimize confusion regarding permissible uses.

* Review model development and implementation documents in accordance with the risk governance framework requirements and recommend the documentation as ready for the relevant validation activity.

* Review and verify consideration of the EMRM framework in the vendor model procurement process.

* Support model owners, model developers, model implementers in their interactions with model validation team, technology initiatives, and the development of data requirements for models.

* Consult with model owners on the resolution of model issues.

* Support model owners in managing the portfolio of models including their regular monitoring of model performance and use appropriateness.

* Review model compensating control plans and provide comments prior to submitting to the appropriate head validation.

* Support model owners and users through model retirement in accordance with the associated standards.
