JOB DETAIL

  • Design and Development: Lead the design and development efforts on the ServiceNow platform to create effective ITSM solutions that align with business requirements.
  • Customization and Configuration: Configure and customize ServiceNow modules, workflows, forms, and scripts to enhance functionality and user experience.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers. Lead and coordinate development efforts, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
  • Solution Implementation: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate requirements into ServiceNow solutions. Implement, test, and deploy new functionalities.
  • Integration: Develop and manage integrations between ServiceNow and other systems or applications, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.
  • Administration and Maintenance: Administer and maintain ServiceNow instances, manage user access, perform upgrades, and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Create comprehensive documentation, including technical specifications, system architecture, and user guides. Generate reports to track system performance and usage metrics.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other relevant technologies for ServiceNow development.
  • One or more ServiceNow major certifications.
  • Communication skill rating >7 out of 10.
