 Conduct thorough stakeholder meetings and gather required information towards driving
Broadridge into capability-centric architecture.
 Document business requirements, business capability, process flows, and technical
specifications in a clear and detailed manner.
 Understanding of Corporate Action / Proxy/ Interim processing lifecycle
 Define and design target-state capability architecture, business service catalogue which
are implementable in selected BPM platform
 Experience working in complete life cycle of a BPM project (designing business process
to working with technical team during implementation)
 Assess business processes, Identify Bottlenecks and define implementable target state
 Analyzing audit trails and data trends for process mining to improve performance and
identify workflows to automate
 Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project
progress and addressing any issues or concerns.
 Offer post-implementation support and troubleshooting to resolve any issues that arise.
 Individual contributor to project delivery and solution delivery
 Be a key member of the overall implementation project team
 Drive continuous improvements of implementation based on customer experiences
 Familiarity in business process optimization and performance improvement.
 Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
 Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with very
senior stakeholders
 Proficiency in creating clear and detailed documentation.
 Demonstrated ability to influence and consult (providing options with pros, cons
and risks) around all key decisions during project delivery
