1. Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow modules with a focus on IT Operations Management (ITOM).
2. May help Implement and integrate ServiceNow applications including Incident Management, Change Management, Configuration Management, and Discovery.
3. Develop and maintain ServiceNow workflows, forms, reports, and dashboards.
4. Perform ServiceNow platform upgrades and patches as required.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow configuration and development.
6. Participate in requirements analysis, solution design, and documentation.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a focus on ITOM.
2. Hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform configuration, scripting (JavaScript), and development.
3. Strong understanding of IT Operations Management processes and best practices.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
5. ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (ITOM) certification is preferred.
