• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables with stakeholders.
• Oversee SAP B1 integration with PLM and MES systems.
• Customize SAP B1 to meet business needs.
• Apply expertise in production planning and MRP for optimization.
• Communicate with stakeholders and provide status updates.
• Lead cross-functional project teams and manage risk.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.

Requirements:

• Experience managing SAP Business One (B1) implementations.
• Background in Discrete, Make-To-Order (MTO), and Engineer-To-Order (ETO) manufacturing.
• Functional and technical experience with MES integration with ERP Systems.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Remote position with occasional travel to Mexico.
