· Must have background and experience with Data Analysis toolkit including an understanding of systems development lifecycles, architecture and frameworks, strong analytics skills, problem solving and root cause analysis methods, Use cases, data and process modeling skills and document business process models.
· Competency of data warehouse solution and design concepts, and dimensional modelling
· Familiar with data cleansing and data quality
· Requires a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
· Requires 5-9 years of relevant technical or business work experience with demonstrated experience within healthcare industry or data warehouse/analytics.
· Strong ability to digest detailed information and apply critical thinking skills to business requirements, specifically in Healthcare Enterprise Datawarehouse environment.
· Knowledge of vendor and/or internally developed systems including system interfaces, user functionality and various system environments.
· Strong ability to generate options and facilitate decisions across business and IT partners while documenting business processes and system solutions.
· Ability to communicate effectively, lead meetings, prepare documentation and present recommendations.
· Organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, set priorities, follow up on open items and attention to detail.
· Healthcare domain, SSIS & SQL Server knowledge Experience:
