5+ years of IT program/project management experience with projects of increasing complexity of size and scope 
Experience with Kronos is required
Experience with UltiPro system implementations is required
Experienced with Organizational Change Management strategy and execution is highly preferred
Proficient in Waterfall, Iterative, and blended project methodologies 
Experienced in managing large application delivery and integration projects including negotiating with software, hardware and infrastructure providers, working with matrixed teams, green field builds, migrations, and decommissioning legacy applications 
Proficient in Budget / Financial Management including Business Case completion 
Demonstrate problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills to effectively manage project stakeholders – internal and external
Experienced in facilitating project meetings and standups 
Adherence to the Project Lifecycle Management (Initiation, Planning, Requirements/Design, Build/Configuration, Testing/Validation, Deployment, and Closure) 
Planning, Defining and Managing Scope
Project Task Estimation and Schedule Management 
Resource Planning and Scheduling
Risk Analysis and Management
Issue and Change Management 
Test Planning and Management
Deployment / Implementation Management
Business Knowledge: Proficient in multiple business disciplines and functions 
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related field is preferred; or equivalent work experience 
Project Management Professional Certification – PMP or CSM 
PROSCI certification is a plus but not required
