JOB DETAIL

  • Postgres developer Query Performance Tuning
  • Work with development teams to troubleshoot and fix performance related issues 
  • Migration experience to move databases from Oracle to Cloudsql for PostgreSQL
  • Perform data copy from ON prem to GCP CloudSQL 
  • CDC configuration of Primary schemas as applicable. 
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • PostgreSQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Database 12C Administration
  • Managed and supported a large PostgreSQL database with over 10 TB of data, including backups, restores, monitoring, and performance tuning.
  • Oracle PL/SQL databases like TABLES,VIEWS,PROCEDURES,FUNCTIONS,PACKAGES,INDEXES,TRIGGERS,MVs
  • Have done data migration activities from Oracle On-prem to PostgresSQL onprem/cloud
  • Good to have experience on GCP cloudunix/linux troubleshooting
