• Experience with cloud solutions, Service Cloud, and leading integration efforts
• Experience with development technologies such as Apex and JavaScript
• Experience with integrations using both web-based technologies (Soap, Rest) and integration/middleware tools (Mulesoft)
• Experience with release management, source control, and deployment concepts and technologies (Git, Jenkins, Jira)
• Ability to identify areas for process improvements and recommend/implement solutions
