Agile DevOps Waterfall

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent
8+ years of Business Analyst experience in finance, manufacturing, supply chain, distribution and wholesale industries
4+ years of experience with ERP, CRM and enterprise systems.
Experience with integrating B2B & B2C processes, and able to work with Business to identify gaps
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including writing BRDs, SOPS, RFPs, Visio diagrams, and Power Point presentations.
Strong Experience with solution delivery life cycle processes (e.g., Agile, DevOps, Waterfall, etc.)
Ability to document user stories and data flows is required
Experience working with Scrum/Kanban frameworks
Working experience demonstrating the understanding and managing IT Vendor relationships
Maintains a familiarity with market trends in technology
Working experience with Microsoft Office and related applications.
Travel 5 to 10%
