1. You know how to write highly scalable and distributed Ruby on Rails services.

2. You have experience in developing mid-tier services in a service-oriented architecture (SOA).

3. Experience working with Postgres and other relational DBs

4. You are comfortable using Agile development methods

5. Experience with Linux and VIM

6. You have great communication skills. 

 Required Skills: 

1. Minimum 7 yrs of experience and Strong Ruby on Rails experience

2. Knowledge/experience with GitHub. 

3. Experience with APIs

4. Nice to have - knowledge of Javascript and other front end technologies
